Where can you find a list of REO’s by area including all banks?
I am looking to purchase a home but would like to save some cash. I thought a REO would be the way to go but having a hard time finding a concrete list for my city and state, especially the kind that includes all of the banks. Going from website to website is a pain.
My dear. Let me give you a clue. 99% of REO properties are listed for dispostion by real estate brokerage firms. What you have read on assorted internet sites is just NOT reality.
The few homes you will find available from banks are those in which the bank has elected to keep the mortgage ‘in house’, and those are few and far between.
No matter WHAT you read about being able to ’save thousands’ on a home, most of the time, that is pure hype.
