Pre-foreclosure?
I found a house that is in ‘pre-foreclosure’. What does this mean? The balance on the house is 000. Who would I need to contact for more info on the house? The lender/owner/who?

Where did you find it? On a website? Check out if there is any information on that site about it. If you saw it in a neighborhood, go buy and make sure you didn’t miss any signs, there should be some info around.
