Do I have to give proper notice of vacating the rental if I know my landlord is in foreclosure?
I live in Idaho and found out my landlord is in foreclosure. I have found another place to live and want to leave prior to the 45day notice I have to give according to the lease agreement. Do I need to give that notice?
Yes, unless the foreclosure happens before the 45 days. Until the actual foreclosure happens the the lease terms are all legally in place.
