How To Buy Foreclosed Homes For Sale

I heard today that there is a new proposal that allows renters up to three months to find other accommodations. Is this true and what are my rights in this matter? I have people posting foreclosure notices every other day on the home I rent, my lease was up and now I am just going month to month with no protection for me, my landlord has not communicated with the leasing agent on his intentions and in this economy I have very little resources available to move again. I paid 3300 dollars to get into this house a year ago, what are my chances of using my last month rent and getting my deposit back? Help!!! Thank you.

Obviously Obama is leading in the polls. This "WHAT IF" piece was made to show how Obama wouldn’t even be in the race if his crudentials and past experiences were switched with McCain’s. The Republican Party would constantly be bringing up Obama’s past and circumstances in this case. It just shows how any black man running needs a squeeky clean record to stay in the race. otherwise, the democratic party would be slaughtered.

To stupid McCain supporters, please make an argument or present a fact instead of making stupid assertions. I am tired of not hearing any merit claim.
McCain also crashed three planes.

Need a refinance of 20 northern Idaho acres that is:
1) in foreclosure, 2) is an animal sanctuary, 3) has older mobiles used for "kennels" and staff, 4) the animal sanctuary is a 501c3,
5) has gone through probate and is now in the name of the Pres/CEO, 6) no verifiable income except the CEO’s SSI (donations vary).

We really need someone who is humanitarian-oriented, perhaps a philanthropist, who will believe in what we do: we specialize in helping handicapped animals; we are a right-to-life, right-to-love, right-to-respect 9 year old organization needing some help.

I live in Idaho and found out my landlord is in foreclosure. I have found another place to live and want to leave prior to the 45day notice I have to give according to the lease agreement. Do I need to give that notice?

I have been notified that the house I am living in (Idaho, US) is going into foreclosure, and would like to see about buying it, but have never purchased property before. Any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated.
